Every zip is run end to end
Hoods, zips and pockets get handled before anything is listed. The fleece is brushed to check it has not gone thin where a backpack strap would sit, and the drawstring tips are inspected for fraying.

Chest measurements are taken flat, not stretched, so you can compare them with a layer you already own. If it is not right, email within 30 days with the tags on and we will swap the size or refund it.
Washing brushed fleece
Wash inside out on a cold cycle and dry flat so the brushed back stays soft. Cardigans are folded rather than hung. Nothing here needs a dry cleaner, which matters when the nearest one is a drive away.

Returns
30 days to return unworn garments with tags. Damaged parcels: tell us within 48 hours.
